For a more respectful management of the grapes and the wines:

• grapes are laid out on bamboo racks for drying after harvest, as bamboo is a washable, eco-sustainable material that is good for maintaining the condition of grape bunches
• an avantgarde filtration system means the use of invasive treatments and inert materials can be avoided
• energy loss is prevented through the use of sensors to regulate illumination and climate control
• waste liquid is purified before disposal, as necessary
