Harvest art: one of life’s experiences
The scent of grapes, skillful hands selecting the best bunches and the sunset light coloring estate’s vineyards to welcome you and make you live the magical harvest experience, an art that the Boscaini family has handed down from generation to generation for 250 years.
After a welcome glass, Masi Technical Group’s agronomists and oenologists will accompany us in a real harvest activity: we’ll learn together to understand the vineyard, to distinguish the different grape varieties and to cut the best bunches destined to Appassimento (drying), the ancient technique in which Masi has a recognized expertise. A visit to the cellars and to the Wine Discovery Museum rounds off the experience.
Finally, a special tasting dinner in which the iconic Masi wines will be combined with a menu in which wine will also be the protagonist.
Dress code: we recommend comfortable clothing, the use of closed shoes for harvesting activity is mandatory for safety reasons.
