As the golden shafts of sunlight gently fade, it will be our pleasure to welcome you with a glass of Possessioni Bianco, a perfect moment to relax and enjoy the outstanding beauty of the place. Then you can discover the secrets of our wine production with a guided tour through the grape-drying room and the family’s wine cellars. A fascinating journey which recounts the history and passion at the heart of the family’s wines.

The evening will continue with an exclusive dinner in the park of the estate, served with organic wines from the BellOvile line, produced in Tuscany, and the sweet Recioto Casal dei Ronchi: all guaranteed to delight your palate paired with specially prepared dishes for the occasion. Every bite and every sip will be a trip for the senses, enhancing the flavours and aromas of our products.

And that’s not all: during the evening, we will also embark on a journey into the world of Shakespeare. The Bard’s words will be brought to life in an original, travelling theatre performance, adding a magical and unforgettable touch to the evening.
